Call-out and support services for servers, desktops, notebooks and networks, both wired and wireless;
Virtual support services via secure VPN links;
Outsourced Support Services, where technicians are deployed to site on a contractual basis to manage and maintain the client’s entire on-site IT infrastructure;
Procurement and sales of all major brands of computer hardware and software;
Service Level Agreements are offered to all clients and provide servicing levels in terms of the agreement. All clients with SLA agreements have priority status in the event of a call-out.
Omega also provides consulting services in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, end point security* (see footnote), intellectual property protection, site security and the project management of office relocations and other turnkey projects.
